Clinic Policies

Orthodontic patients are usually seen at five to seven week intervals.

Most short appointments are scheduled between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on school days, while longer and more complicated procedures (once every three to five months) are scheduled between 7:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Consistency in keeping appointments is extremely important for steady progress.

Each patient will be given a time for the next appointment at the end of each visit. Please notify us as soon as possible when an appointment cannot be kept so that we can reschedule your appointment and accommodate other patients who may need to be seen in your place.
