In-House Lab

Our in-house orthodontic lab uses state-of-the-art scanning and 3D printing techniques to produce unbelievable vacuum-formed aligners, retainiers, bite guards and sports mouthpieces.  Our experienced lab technician makes most retainers within a couple of hours and aligners and appliances are usually available at our next appointment day. With intra-oral scanners, 3D printers and vacuum-forming machines, most appliance are now made without a yucky impression and with an accuracy never before achieved the old-fashioned way with molds of the teeth.
